The questions we hear most.
QualityWill a pretty towel actually dry?
Yes. The 350 GSM waffle weave holds up to 7× its weight, so it soaks up water instead of pushing it around.
FreshnessWill it get that musty towel smell?
Microfiber dries fast between uses, which is what keeps that sour smell away. Skip fabric softener to keep it fresh.
ValueIs it worth more than a basic towel?
You get two designs in one towel, a bigger size, and a towel that gets softer with every wash instead of wearing out.
DeliveryWill it get here in time?
Orders ship in 1–3 business days with tracking. Around holiday launches we’ll email you if processing takes longer.
Risk-freeWhat if I don’t love it?
You have 30 days. Email us and we’ll make it right with a refund.
GiftingDoes it make a good gift?
It’s one of the easiest gifts for hosts, teachers and neighbors: useful, pretty, and fun to give in a set.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Still wondering about something? Email support@bloomtowels.com and a real person on the Bloom team will get back to you.
How big are the towels?
18″ × 30″, bigger than most dish towels. Dry your largest pots without swapping towels, or spread one on the counter as a quick drying mat.
What are they made of?
A 350 GSM waffle-weave microfiber: 85% polyester, 15% polyamide. It’s soft, light, holds up to 7× its weight in liquid, and dries fast. It isn’t the scratchy microfiber you may have tried before.
Will it scratch my dishes or leave lint?
No. The waffle weave is soft on glassware, stainless and granite, and it doesn’t shed lint the way cotton tea towels can.
How do I wash them?
Cold or warm water with a mild detergent. Skip fabric softener, dryer sheets and bleach, since they coat the fibers. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
If you’re not happy within 30 days, email support@bloomtowels.com and we’ll make it right with a refund.
How fast will my order ship?
Within 1–3 business days, with tracking emailed as soon as it leaves. During holiday launches processing can take a little longer, and we’ll keep you posted.
