Returns & Exchanges


We want you to absolutely love your Bloom Towels. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns


We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at support@bloomtowels.com with your order number before sending your item back.


To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused

In original condition

In original packaging

If your return is approved:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective or incorrect)

Refunds are issued for the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable)


Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 2–3 business days.

Exchanges


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, email:

support@bloomtowels.com

Include your order number and a photo of the item.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

1. Check your bank account

2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary)

3. Contact your bank

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive a gift credit once your return is processed


If not marked as a gift:

The refund will be issued to the original purchaser
