Collection: This Crazy Life Collection

Hello loyal Bloom friends,

We have been anticipating Amanda’s This Crazy life’s collection for weeks upon weeks. We have been reaching out daily to our manufacture as we are anxious to get these in your hands. Unfortunately we have just got word they have not shipped to us yet. We are extremely saddened and frustrated, and we are so so terribly sorry for the mixed messages and frustrating feelings this may be caused.  The good news is that they are being air-shipped to us and will arrive in 21 days. We are hoping to ship them out the first week of November. 

If you would like to still wait for the towels, we will offer you 15% off your entire order for waiting. Please email us at support@bloomtowels.com

If you wish to receive a full refund on your order, we are most willing to do that as well. 

Please let us know which plan of action you would like and we will take care of it immediately.

1. Wait for the towels and receive 15% off entire order.
2. Full refund on your order.

If we don’t hear back from you by October 31st, we will plan on shipping out your Pre-Order towels as soon as they arrive as planned.

Again, we are so terribly sorry for this situation, our goal always is to give the best customer service possible and we hope that you will continue to shop with us. We are a small woman led business. We aim to please. We are looking forward to 8 brand new Christmas designs launching October 22nd.
